Kathleen Michel has been a registered nurse for 14 years. She graduated with her Associate Degree in Nursing from SUNY Canton College. She then earned bother her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, as well as her Master of Science in Nursing, following the Family Nurse Practitioner track from Upstate Medical University, College of Nursing. She also earned a Master’s in Public Health from the University at Albany.

Kathleen has nursing experience in a variety of healthcare settings. As a registered nurse she worked in an outpatient women’s health office, as well as inpatient on an Orthopedics and Neurology floor. As a nurse practitioner, Kathleen worked in family practice and internal medicine offices. She has also worked in the community setting doing home visits and telehealth. Kathleen has always had a passion to serve the underserved community, which has led her to serve on a number of overseas medical teams, many of which were in remote villages in Haiti.
