This two-course online certificate program is open to all licensed registered nurses (RN) interested in adding a leadership credential to their professional resumes. 1The Nurse Leadership certificate program is eligible for 3 hours of transferable college credit to be used upon admission toward a post-MSN certificate, MSN, or DNP at Regis College.

Curriculum
Each course in the leadership in nursing certificate has been broken into four modules. Each module covers a specific leadership topic and is designed to uncover your unique leadership traits, while developing your distinct leadership style.
