Our Doctor of Nursing Practice program offers two entry points:
Online MSN to Doctor of Nursing Practice
If you already have your MSN, you can earn your Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and enhance your knowledge of patient care, policies, and procedures and learn to teach the next generation of nurses.
- Choose from four entry paths: MSN to DNP NP, MSN to DNP (second NP specialization), MSN to DNP (doctorate only) & MSN to DNP bridge program
- 3 start times per year (Fall, Spring, Summer)
- Eight concentrations offered:
- Pediatrics (PNP)
- Family (FNP)
- Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP)
- Women’s Health (WHNP)
- Adult Gerontology – Primary Care (AGPCNP)
- Adult Gerontology – Acute Care (AGACNP)
- Nurse Education
- Nurse Leadership
- Complete in 24 – 36 months (up to 44 months for MSN to DNP bridge program)
Online BSN to Doctor of Nursing Practice
By 2025, AACN has called for a doctoral level (DNP) education to become the requirement for advanced practice nursing. If you are a BSN credentialed RN, you can earn your DNP and position yourself to take on a high-level role in health care.
