
Mininder (Mimi) Sodhi, PhD, LCSW
Assistant Professor, Social Work

Dr. Sodhi has more than 20 years of experience as a social work administrator and educator. She has taught across the practice, research, HBSE curricula, and field education in both BSW and MSW programs.
Before joining Regis, Dr. Sodhi served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Thailand and has been a training specialist with the Department of Health and Human Services. She also served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps Reserves and received a Meritorious Service Medal as well as a Navy Commendation Medal.
Dr. Sodhi has experience as a clinical social worker in Georgia, where she provided services in substance abuse recovery as a military family counselor. She also supported personnel in need of mental health, crisis intervention, and trauma recovery services.
