Helen Fox-McCloy, DNP, MSN, CPNP

Helen P. Fox-McCloy serves as the program director at Regis College for the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Program. She has been a practicing PNP for the last 30 years working both in primary and acute care settings. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Walden University, her Master’s and Bachelor’s in nursing from Catholic University.
She completed her doctorate while living overseas and quickly learned that access to health information required the constant use of technology. That interest led to her doctoral study exploring patient’s understanding and barriers to utilizing the patient portal. Now living in Florida, where she practices as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in an urgent care setting along with her teaching responsibilities.
