Dr. Ludella Brown is an educator, adult and family nurse practitioner.  She has over 20 years of NP experience that includes working as a hospitalist, an NP in urgent care, primary care and care of the underserved.  She is the owner of the first stand-alone NP practice in the Savannah area. In her clinical practice, she has been an exemplar role model for other advanced practice nurses.

Dr. Brown completed her DNP at Georgia Southern University and a post-graduate FNP degree from University of Boston-Mass. She also completed an ANP, MHSA, and MPH from Armstrong Atlantic State. Her research interests focus in the areas of HIV prevention and education among African-American women which was published in 2011.

Dr. Brown has served as graduate faculty for Regis College for the past three years. She has also served as faculty at Frontier Nursing University, Missouri State University and Armstrong Atlantic State University’s School of Nursing.
