Angela obtained a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from Clark Atlanta University. After graduating, she attended Life University to obtain a Master of Science in Sport Injury Management. It is with this she began her medical career in sports medicine. After spending time helping people, she realized this was her passion and decided to advance into the field of nursing. She first obtained an Associates in Nursing from Columbus State Community College and then proceeded to completing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing through Ohio University. Her Master of Science is through The University of Birmingham Alabama. It is there that she completed the Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program.
Her current clinical practice specializes in trauma and acute care surgery. She has taught for multiple institutions through their online programs and has recently been appointed the Director and Associate Professor for the AGACNP online program at Regis College.
Angela is an active member of several professional organizations including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
